1. What makes you different from a regular hotel?

We’re an aparthotel, which means you get the best of both worlds. Our rooms are fully equipped with a kitchenette (most have a washing machine too), so you can live like a local—make your own coffee, heat up leftovers, or cook a full meal. But we also take care of the hotel side: daily housekeeping, free breakfast, and a 24-hour reception. You get independence without the hassle.

2. What room types do you have?

We have 28 apartments in total, divided into three main categories: Double Rooms, Twin Rooms, Double and Twin Apartments. All come with a king‑size bed (except the Twin, which has two separate beds), private bathroom, air conditioning, and a flat‑screen TV. Most rooms also include a washing machine and a kitchen, which is a lifesaver for longer stays.

3. Is it actually comfortable for a long stay, say a month?

Absolutely! We have flexible terms and many guests stay for weeks at a time. With your own kitchen, washing machine, daily housekeeping, and free Wi‑Fi, you can settle in properly without feeling like you're living out of a suitcase. Think of it as your temporary home in Chișinău.

4. Is breakfast really free? What's on offer?

Yes — a complimentary full breakfast is included with your stay and served daily from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Gasthaus, our on‑site restaurant. Guests love the variety: continental, full English and American options are all available.

5. I heard something about a steam room — is it open to everyone?

We offer a Turkish bath (hammam), which is available for an extra charge.

6. Do you have free bicycles? I'd love to explore Chișinău on two wheels.

We do! We offer free bicycle rentals to all guests. Chișinău is quite flat and bike‑friendly, especially around the parks and the wider boulevards. It's a fun, eco‑friendly way to see the city at your own pace.

7. Where exactly are you located? Are you close to the centre?

We're on Strada Cojocarilor 18, MD‑2001, in the heart of Chișinău. You can walk to Central Market in about 10–15 minutes (0.8 km), and the Triumphal Arch and Cathedral Park are roughly 1.5 km away. Despite being central, the street is quiet, so you get the best of both worlds: walkable access to everything, without the noise.

8. How do I get to you from Chișinău International Airport (KIV)?

The airport is about 13–14 km away, roughly a 20‑minute drive. We offer a paid 24‑hour airport shuttle — the fee is MDL 400 per vehicle each way. Just let us know your flight details in advance, and we'll have a driver waiting for you.

9. I'm driving — do you have parking, and is it safe?

Yes. We have on‑site self parking for MDL 50 per night (that's less than €3), with in‑out privileges. There's also free street parking nearby if you prefer. The area is safe and well‑lit, so your car will be fine.

10. Can I bring my dog or cat?

Yes — we are pet‑friendly. There is a pet fee (the exact amount depends on the size and length of stay), so please contact us directly when booking so we can confirm the charge and make sure everything is ready for your four‑legged family member.

11. What's the deal with check in and check out?

Check‑in is from 2:00 PM until midnight, and check‑out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Our front desk is open 24/7, so late arrivals are never a problem. If you need early check‑in, there's a small fee of MDL 100, subject to availability.

12. Do you have an elevator? I travel with heavy luggage.

We don't have an elevator — the building has three floors and only stairs. If that's a concern, just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to assign you a room on a lower floor. Our 24‑hour front desk team is also always happy to help carry your bags up.
